Weight loss Tips

  1. Drink Green Tea
  2. Drink more Water
  3. Always Drink Water Before and After Meals especially (20/25 min before and dafter)
  4. Eat Eggs For Breakfast
  5. Eat Salad in Meals
  6. Drink Coffee (Preferably Black) 
  7. Cook With Coconut Oil
  8. Cut Back on Added Sugar
  9. Avoid junk foods/fast foods
  10. Eat leafy vegetable
