  1. Walk or Run Daily
  2. Increase Green Vegetable Consumption
  3. Eat Plenty of Vitamin D
  4. Drink Green Tea and Do Tai Chi(Martial Arts)
  5. Quit smoking
  6. Drink Milk Daily
  7. EAT fish,soya beans,nuts
  8. Consume 2/3 gram of limestone daily with water or curd
